Pre-Order Shipping
Orders ship within 14–21 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, inspect, and package each unit before shipment. Shipping timelines are reflected at checkout and apply to all orders. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Updates and Tracking
While your order is being processed and fulfilled, updates may be limited. Once your order ships, tracking information will be automatically sent via email.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your package is in the care of USPS, OS Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages require a signature upon delivery. If delivery is missed, customers are responsible for rescheduling directly with USPS. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. OS Hair is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Orders
OS Hair ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Delivery estimates do not include the processing timeframe listed above.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted as orders begin processing immediately.
