Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility We take pride in the quality of our hair and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns and exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions: returns must be requested and shipped back within 5 days of delivery; the hair must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition; and all original packaging must be intact. This policy applies to all orders, including pre-order items, once delivered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only for unopened and unused items. Exchanges are limited to texture, length, or density changes. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval once the item is received.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final on hair that has been installed or worn, colored, bleached, chemically altered, cut or trimmed, unwrapped, unraveled, or removed from its original packaging. Once hair has been altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as OS Hair is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Payment and Address Verification
For security purposes, billing and shipping addresses must match at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or unverified addresses. If you require shipment to an alternate address, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Final Sale Notice
All refunds or exchanges are processed only after returned items pass inspection. OS Hair reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
