Can I color or style the hair?
Yes. Because our hair is virgin human hair, it can be colored, toned, curled, straightened, and styled. We recommend professional coloring for best results.

How long do OS Hair wigs last?
With proper care, OS Hair wigs are made to last long-term. Longevity depends on usage, maintenance, and styling habits.

Do the wigs come pre-styled or installed?
OS Hair wigs are lace frontal wigs and are not pre-installed or pre-styled. Each wig is designed to be properly installed and styled to achieve the best fit and finish. Installation and styling are required and can be completed by a professional stylist or an experienced wearer, allowing you to customize the look to your preference.

How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 14–21 business days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows us to prepare, inspect, and package each unit to meet our quality standards. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer accepted as orders begin processing immediately.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges may be approved only if the hair is unused, unworn, and uninstalled, and returned within 5 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.

What items are final sale?
For hygiene and quality control reasons, all sales are final on hair that has been installed or worn, colored, bleached, or chemically altered, cut or trimmed, or unwrapped or unraveled. Once the hair has been altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Who covers return or exchange shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?
